Day 6 – Mark 1-6

In Mark there seems to be more attention given to the evil spirits recognizing Jesus than in Matthew.  Wouldn’t it be something to be so full of Jesus in our own lives that when we walk around evil spirits cry out in the presence of Jesus?  The other thing that struck me was when Jesus was in the synagogue and he had the guy hold up his shriveled hand and then healed it right in front of the pharisees.  They saw that and still were so hard hearted that they went out and plotted to kill Jesus (Mark 3:1-6).  I have to ask myself how often Jesus has been at work right in front of me and I’ve missed it?
